Steph Groce

FOUNDER & CEO, BUILT BY PNINDUSTRIES, INC

Steph Groce is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of BUILT by PNIndustries, Inc a multi-brand Apparel & Accessory, and Organization Strategy Consulting company. As an experienced and successful mentor and adviser, he was recently asked to volunteer as a Business Coach for WIT’s Startup Saturdays helping student entrepreneurs organize, formalize, and pitch their ideas to solve some of the challenges that San Diego faces. Steph is also a passionate community advocate. He is currently the Chair of the City of San Diego’s Human Relations Commission and an Executive Board Member of the Clairemont Town Council. He serves on multiple Advisory Boards for the San Diego Police Department and is a Founding Board Member of the Neighborhood’s First Coalition. He was awarded as the 2015-2016 Community Leader of the Year for City Council District 6 and is the recipient of the 2017 Fellowship from the San Diego Chamber of Commerce Public Leadership Institute. He is also a strong advocate for students and education. In 2018 he graduated from the FBI San Diego Citizens Academy.
