SR. DIRECTOR OF DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION, NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSE ASSOCIATION
Shante Lampkin is the Diversity and Inclusion Liaison to the President and CEO at the Neighborhood House Association. She is a native San Diegan and has resided in Chula Vista since 2007. Shante is a current doctoral student at the University of Southern California (USC) and holds a BA in Business Management from San Diego Christian College and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Louisiana State University, Shreveport. Shante has an extensive background in Human Resources, Operations, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and holds a Senior Certified Professional (SCP) designation from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Shante’s professional mantra is “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” (Galatians 6:9), which is her motivation for helping others.
Shante is a HBCU Advocate with a passion for youth, education, and uplifting groups individuals that have traditionally been disproportionately impacted by systems of inequity. Shante is a proud mother of three and in her spare time enjoys traveling, weightlifting, and solving jigsaw puzzles.
Shante genuinely believes laughter is the best medicine and her service to others is the best measurement of her leadership!
