DIRECTOR OF DIVERSITY & INCLUSION, RESMED
Proven track record of leading evolving D&I roadmap of programs and initiatives for the last five years. I currently am leading the strategic design and implementation of a global strategy at ResMed. I design and deliver trainings on diversity and inclusion values and best practices enterprise wide, and manage effective strategic partnerships to drive sourcing, branding and professional development opportunities. I work closely on data analysis, the expansion of employee networks, and global cultural awareness. Additional projects consist of developing and managing long-lasting initiatives that contribute towards building a culture where employees feel included, appreciated, and develop professionally. I am currently training all our sourcers and recruiters and starting with the value of why D&I matters in the workplace.
I developed my career as a strong project manager in international development, business operations, and web design. I have 15 years of management experience and six years on the people side. I have spoken in numerous empowering business, diversity and tech conferences and guest write in the San Diego Union Tribune. I am part of the San Diego Diversity Council and sit on the Chamber’s Economic and Policy Advocacy Group. Currently a Wharton MBA Candidate, graduating May 2021 and have a Masters in Public Policy from George Washington University.
