Miranda Heerah is a Human Performance Executive and Consultant specializing in Change Management, Talent Management and Organizational Development. She is part strategist, innovator, delivery guru and data/analytics geek. Miranda has worked with leading global
organizations and brands to successfully implement global change and talent management initiatives. She worked with Accenture in the United States and Canada as a consultant, where her portfolio included several Silicon Valley and Fortune 100 companies. Using Agile
methodology, Miranda has employed innovative, leading practice tactics, anchored in business benefits, to deliver on-time, on-budget projects while ensuring stakeholder expectations were met or exceeded. Miranda has been recognized as a visionary leader able to mobilize, inspire
and cultivate high-performing teams.
Miranda has designed and launched Enterprise Change Management Centers of Excellence including defining the vision, operating model, roadmaps, methodologies, toolkits and scaling the team. She is skilled in process redesign, operating model design and implementation,
analytics, and architecting culture. She has a strong business acumen and is adept at overseeing projects and programs while managing P&L. She excels in all things talent and is capable of building and overseeing teams responsible for the end-to-end talent management lifecycle, from talent acquisition and employer branding to off-boarding.
