Jen has worked extensively with nonprofit organizations, private companies, and philanthropists. She also contributes her talents to a variety of San Diego organizations, such as the American Cancer Society, Dreams for Change, and the San Diego Police Foundation. Jen is a graduate of LEAD San Diego.

Previously, she was CFO of the La Jolla Allergy and Immunology Institute.
