Our Work
What we do
The Kim Center for Social Balance uses data-driven tools to collaboratively design and implement actionable plans that dismantle barriers and rebuild cultures for workforce success. Our strategy generates impact on both the macro and micro levels: for employers, regions, and nationwide.Driving growth with LEAPS
LEAPS stands for Leadership in Ecosystems, Advancement, Policies, Supervisors. Its core principles are data-driven strategy, targeted collaboration, and standardized accountability. There have been many efforts toward workforce development with long-term success, but even small impacts are hard-won. Women of color still hold disproportionately few top-level positions, the gender/race-based pay gap persists, and single mothers are the poorest demographic in the U.S. Therefore, the Kim Center for Social Balance uses LEAPS to drive measurable change at the regional level by uniting decision-makers around locally relevant data. We also empower organizational leaders with the tools they need to transform their workplaces into healthy ecosystems where thriving workers driver organizational sustainability and profitability. The LEAPS Program
